I'm so pleased with this bracelet. The craftsmanship is exemplary. The beads are beautifully polished, the weaving is tight and it's constructed with durable thread. The slipknot works well and the threading in the center of the knot making this piece more elegant. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.
This bracelet has helped me out a lot I even ended up getting one for my mom's and also helped her out a lot. With our healing stones. We were suprised with the amazing results. I bought this bracelet recently. I was a bit sceptical about it, however it looked really pretty so I bought it. I have warm it for 3 days I am absolutely blown away with its properties. No more aches and pains which was becoming a burden . No more pain killers.I have slept better, I feel calmer and at peace. It does what it says it’s going to do. This bracelet is just gorgeous and I have received many compliments while wearing it. It's just something that at least one person seems to notice. The slipknot was a little hard to pull tight when I first wore it, but after time it got easier to pull tight. I wear it almost every day and it matches everything that I wear. The craftsmanship of the product is overall great and would recommend 200% to a friend looking to balance or get in touch with those chakras!
It's made of woven string, and while it will not hold up (or for that matter, stay white enough that it doesn't look a big grimy) forever, I expect it to last a lot longer than the elastic kind. I've snapped SO many of those elastic bracelets, and I'm not a clumsy person. It'll easily last until next year, when I'll grab some other inexpensive piece that I can wear day to day, though. :)
The pull strings used to adjust it were hard to move when I first got it, but they're quite easy to use now. You just have to give it a few wears. I'm kind of in love with this bracelet.
I have other bracelets similar to this but the beads are bigger and look more masculine. This one looks cute but the size of the beads are to small for me. Otherwise looks great !

I type a lot for work and experience hand fatigue and signs of carpal tunnel. Since getting this bracket, I have noticed a significant decrease in both. It’s very cute and stylish. The metal is known to turn skin green but I wear mine loose so it slides as I move and haven’t had a problem with a green ring.
I thought the claims of this product we just placebo effect on those susceptible to suggestion. But, I was wrong. My Mom is doing much better with these bracelets. And, I looked into it, and there is some science to back it up. Americans are assured to receive the US RDA of copper by cow's milk passing through 20 feet of 3/4" copper pipe during processing. Just the molecules that rub off the sides of the pipe are enough to sustain healthy human life.
But, the older people get, the lower their tolerance for lactose (milk sugar). So, many seniors cut way back on dairy, and consequently are at risk for copper deficiency. A small amount of copper can slow the advancement, and alleviate some symptoms of arthritis. The copper in the bracelets rubs off in tiny amounts--like when milk passes through a copper pipe--and can then be absorbed and used by the body. It's a bit more complicated, but that's the basic idea.
The magnets attract red blood cells (RBCs) which are mainly made of iron, a magnetic element. The blood cells are pulled across the semi-permiable membrane of which capillary vessels are composed (this has no relation to MRI diagnostic testing, which also uses magnetism).
Theoretically, the increase in intercellular RBCs has some beneficial effect involving increased oxygen supply and CO2 removal (together called 'perfusion'). But my opinion is that the magnets aren't powerful enough to make much difference. However, they won't hurt anything, except attracting pins and needles and other steel objects.

This bracelet is really pretty, I get tons of compliments on it. But more importantly, something has been wrong with my wrist for two years, it hurts, feels broken although I’ve had it checked and it’s not. As soon as I started wearing this bracelet the pain was almost gone. I’ve now worn it for a month and am slowly starting to be able to do push ups and put more pressure on it. It has been such a blessing!
